SEO-Forge operates on a prepaid wallet system. You must add funds to your wallet before placing orders. Wallet funds are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

4.2 Pricing

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders already placed and paid for.

4.3 Refunds

Refunds for services may be provided at our discretion if the service was not delivered as described. Requests for refunds must be submitted within 30 days of the order date. Wallet balance refunds are generally not provided.

5. Service Usage

5.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You shall not:

• Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Submit content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes on intellectual property rights

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:

• Specific SEO results or rankings improvements
• Specific traffic or engagement increases
• Acceptance of content by third-party publishers
• Uninterrupted or error-free service

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SEO-FORGE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SEO-Forge and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
